This preset is for players using the Oblivion gamepad. Most mods for Oblivion are not designed for gamepads, so you need to use the Xpadder program to set up hotkeys. This preset specifically includes configurations for lock-on and basic shortcuts, as explained in the video.
Since this is a preset for the Xpadder program, it is necessary for players using Xpadder. The keys have been designated so that shield bash, dodge, and lock-on can be used with the gamepad in Oblivion. Of course, mods are also needed to activate shield bash, dodge, and lock-on. This preset is recommended for supporters who have built their Oblivion modlist based on Arjarim's Oblivion Rebuild Overhaul and Oblivion Combat Overhaul. Personally, I think this is an essential program for Oblivion players using gamepads.
