It's unfortunate that so many people decided to ignore the warnings about that, and build businesses on it, or develop social lives on it, but that doesn't change the fact of the threat posed by the Chinese government's access and use of TikTok infrastructure. Millions of TikTok users and content creators have all simply ignored reality, putting themselves and their communities at risk. It was willfully ignorant choice.
