That’s something those of us that were interested had to seek out ourselves .. that being said. The fact that he basically did a photo shoot holding the book makes it seem more for show than actual interest
2021-05-05 19:00:19 +0000 UTCWhen I saw that picture of LeBron James with the Autobiography of Malcolm X. I felt so bad! This man is how old and he is just now reading this book! At the risk of coming off as an elitist...I read this book just before high school. How bad is our education system from when LeBron was in school til now? I can understand him not having read other "classics" like "Catcher in the Rye" or "To kill a Mockingbird " but for an African American male not to have read this book until so late in his development... this book is essential to black? folks' self discovery. If the democrats hold him up as a leading representative...it leaves no doubt as to what they think of black? people.
