But man is Talented Mr. Ripley a masterclass in storytelling craft 🙈, one of Minghella’s finest. RIP. Gonna naively hold onto this choice

I feel like the stuff about immigration enforcement and alien internment camps hits even harder for me in 2021 than it did in 2009, so I'd love to hear the gang's thoughts on that.

(I usually do big screenings with themed meals for all of the Oscar movies leading up to the show... I think for Lady Bird we had "school lunch" aka bagel pizzas, sandwiches, lunchables, apple slices, veggies, and homemade classic chocolate chip cookies! I miss Oscar season, ya'll.)
