Is this meant to be a 2 day/week or 3 day/week squat program? I can only see 2 days in the excel spreadsheet but the description says 3x week.

Hi Zack, are there any accessories you'd recommend for this program? Or is it more optimal to follow this program as it is shown without any added leg work? Also thoughts on doing minor leg hypertrophy work after the main work in each training day is done? Thanks in advance!:)
