[StP] Riggs, casual clothing, process one

Riggs designs. Settled on the bottom right. Top 2 mids were very close to making it but once again it was a bit too extravagant. Will probably get reused somewhere for a different country than Rughzenhaide, most likely one of the *Union tribes which will be poetic since Riggs' uncle is from the Union.

Riggs was, as you can see, way more scrawny than he was in ms2a. All those years of construction did wonders it seems. Make no mistake though. No matter how much *muscle you have anywhere in the inner-pole, you generally don't come off as intimidating for the most part.  

I can't really give too much information on Riggs as it will be quite the spoiler. His Uncle brought him to the Alliance when he was very young and left Riggs in Rughzenhaide. Why? Well shit... please play StP when it comes out.

He's a good guy. Probably the most trustworthy and mentally stable character in the whole series in my opinion. (Although child Rune was pretty well adjusted too)

*Muscle You Have - There are underground athletes that compete in mana-purged chambers with no Manakravting allowed which resembles MMA/UFC. Sometimes these individuals are idolized for their spectacular discipline but they generally can't win a fight against a normal person if Manakravting is involved. 

**UNION (UNIted as ONe) - Is a group of highly religious tribes that make up a country that lives on the continent East of Sanne Ajrizda (Pronounced "San Arizda", where Rughzenhaide is located). These people worship all 5 of the Mana Gods but mainly ***Vibaelia. 

*** Vibaelia - Quick recap on how the oldest religion work on these two continents... It is said from a long ago that the world was made by 5 Gods that were working on a project together. The god of Fire, Water, Terra, Wind, and Vibaelia. (Vibaelia is what the Outerpole folks call "purified". There are many different names for Vibaelia's type of mana. Sometimes it's called pure, aura, soul or ether but they all refer to the same thing.)  The first 4 Elemental God's gave birth to the planet and animals but deemed their creation to be incomplete. They couldn't quite figure out the missing piece and they were about to scarp the planet but Vibaelia came in and gave birth to sentient and intelligent life in their image. This took the other 4 Gods by pleasant surprise as it gave them something to watch over that grows and progresses in interesting ways. After the completion of the planet the 5 Gods went to rest where they sit around watching over the world orbiting the planet as moons (hence why there are 5 moons). Obviously, this is all just mythology. Some people believe it, some people don't, and there are many different versions of this story but that's the basic gist. The problem is how people use this Mana that the Gods left on the planet which becomes ...

***** Blasphemy - Blasphemy is not respecting the Mana that you are using in order to bless any giving Manakravte. "Casting" or "initiating" a Manakravte is not called "casting" but instead called "blessing" because of a certain passage (of what we'll call a Bible for now), that Vibaelia wrote him/herself (allegedly). Basically, whenever you are "casting" a manakravte, you are binding a contract with the Gods by borrowing Mana from the planet and giving a part of your life (using your "purified" mana as a flint) up in order to "bless" a miracle to do good into the mortal world. The religion itself is way more complicated than this but this is as far as I'm gonna write on a Patreon post. 

Anyways, though the roots of this religion is abundant on Sanne Ajrizda, Rughzenhaide and the Alliance has become very secular while the UNION tribes still take this teaching very seriously. This is causing very high tension between the continents and a war maybe imminent in the near future.
