It's finally god damn done! After weeks of grueling freaking work, the opening video for fault - milestone one console version is finally finished!
Concept:
As usual, we wanted to distance ourselves from the "galge" image of visual novels and double down on the "cinema" feel since this video will be edited later to make a promo video for the entire series. I also wanted this video to stand on it's own as a small short film. Emphasis is on vastness with an underlying tone of melancholy.

If the goal was to distance from the standard openings you see in visual novels I think you have done quite the job. I cannot think of another like it. The closest similarity may just be the protagonist portrait shots with their names show next to them. As a whole, prototype27 said it well... "Wow". That is some impressive CG work. I like how it is original content and doesn't betray the story before it has even started. Otsukaresan!

Now... if could just see an English translation of the lyrics --to which I apologize if they have been shared in a previous post that I do not recall.
