I think the first time in the S1 finale was an accident? But all the fans we're like "That Bird said Hurley." So in the S2 finale, they did it intentionally, and Hurley acknowledged it.

What show is replacing lost.

If you look at the 70s numbers and today but nothing in between, then yes there are more polar bears (but not several times as then as has been debunked). This was due to massive crackdowns on poaching starting in the 70s. But the overall population has been trending downward for at least the last 10 years, most notably in northern Canada and the Arctic.

As catchy as that HiSHE song is, it also always bothers me - the ‘mysteries’ are just the narrative being unfurled/told out of order so it’s a question of what is missing (because a lot of people invented their own ‘mysteries’ and questions that the series itself never put forward). The only element that lets the series down overall is ‘why the others needed walt’ and it is troublesome for those first two seasons, beyond that however the series’ narrative operates smoothly.
