Guys yes there are many good dub animes, but this show is really recommended to watch in sub because there is so much more passion into the sub! I’ll repeat again!!!!! The dub is not bad, but the sub is better!

I watch alot of subs and Dubs and I normally prefer Dubs. If available I watch a dub otherwise if its just not released yet or doesn't have one I watch the sub. I would vote for the dub but you guys do whatever you think is best. I personally believe alot of the Dub hate is nitpicky.

The dub of Haikyuu is fucking disgusting. I don't even hate Dubs (there are a lot of dubs out there that are on par, if not better, than subs) but Haikyuu's dub is legit TRASH. It sounds like an amateur dub from the 90s, it's not good at all.

I do wanna say that Netflix only has the first 2 seasons and you can also watch it on Crunchyroll or VRV (which is made by Crunchyroll) and it also has the first 3 seasons in English IF you planning on switching it again

Overall, sub is just way superior in Haikyuu. I feel like the sub only guys would be the ones to get upset if they lost the vote so in the end it'd be the same outcome as all the other anime they watch. Sub-only guys kick and scream until they get what they want, and then the normies end up having trouble understanding what's going on.

You should just take it to a vote. I don’t see the problem with a vote, they should watch it in the form majority of there subscribers want. Also I prefer dub but if sub wins I would accept it and still watch but at least they gave a chance to the way I watch it.

People seem to forget Slam Dunk or Hajime no Ippo. Both are classics.

My main thing about dub vs. sub when it comes to this anime is that I think the cheers from the audience, which are a big part of the atmosphere during the games, are better in the subbed version. The way they say Date also kind of annoys me, but that's a smaller problem. For the most part, I don't really mind dub vs. sub in Haikyuu too much.

I know people will disagree, and I generally don't recommend dub for most anime, but this one is particularly great in dub. If you're not really used to anime, I feel like a lot of the way they speak and how they interact might go over your head. All the humour is retained in the English dub and they do a good job of adapting it for an English audience. I say all of this to say that you don't *have* to switch to sub if you're worried that you're going to miss out on some things. The English dub is a good adaptation.

idk if the normies will read this, or someone could make them know so they don´t get lost... but in volleyball you DO rotate. You do it when you win possession of the serve (when the other team is serving, but you score a point, your team gets to serve next, and there you rotate). But either way, every player has his/her position, so after the serve is made, players would run to their standar position even if they are rotated to the other side of the court. The most important thing about the rotation system is the separation of front and back court. If you rotated into the back court, you can´t attack from the front (the line in the middle of your court), and if you are in the front court, you can spike next to the net and block the other team spikes. So if kageyama is the setter, no matter where he is rotated, he will always have to be the one to touch the ball second, and set the spiker, he just has to run over to the setter position once a serve is made. sorry for writing that much, but I feel like they must understand that part or they would get lost moving forward lol
