Don't worry Suraj, funny enough, this is the calm before the storm which is why it felt a lot slower. This entire part 1 is a set up for what is to come even with all of its already amazing moments. I promise you the rest of this season will blow you all out of the fucking water. This is the best way they could've gotten everyone on the edge of their seat for the next half. Anything more would've been absolutely agonizing to wait for. Just gotta have faith in them cause the story will 100% deliver!

The way I see it, if you're looking for pure big, exaggerated reactions, with screaming and shock and awe and tears, then it makes sense to want less manga readership among your crew. If you watch the anime in a year or so having read the manga, then the reaction goes into more of the territory of appreciating and reacting to things like *how* they adapted certain scenes, or going into deeper discussions of themes and morality because you've already once had the chance to understand the story. I think that a great reaction has the elements of both physical reactivity, and appreciation for the artfulness of the animation and adaptation, and deep discussion of themes, predictions, etc. So having a mix of anime-only and manga readers on the panel will lead to a really good solid combination of both, which will only push your reactions to new heights, I believe. As an example, the YouTube channel Semblance of Sanity has one bro who is always fully caught up, and one who is going into the anime blind, which allows you to see two different "types" of reactors/reactions, and always leads to much more in-depth discussions because you have someone with you who has already fully digested the plot and can thus point things out/lead the discussion in certain ways. I think this is a win-win for us because then we get a mix of different reaction types, and for you because then you get to quench your thirst. Plus I think there are a lot of us who would love a manga reaction series, plus as people have pointed out it is a good deterrent against final chapter spoilers to be already a manga reader.

TLDR: Don’t read the manga – at least not by yourselves. Hear me out: AOT Season 4 Part 1 ended on Manga chapter 115, and the final Chapter [139] airs early next month. I recommend you guys react to 1 manga chapter (as a group) per week. You can put manga pages (images) together to form a video. So, there are roughly 25 more manga chapters to the end, which means you guys can continue to react to AOT for the next 6 months. So by that time, we should be close to Dec 2020 for Episode 76. Everyone wins! 😊

I don't think i could've waited until Winter 2022, but apparently it's probably early 2022. There's just confusion as how it was worded, "next Winter." But almost everybody is assuring us it means early 2022, so maybe in like 10 months or so. So i'm gonna hold off on the manga still. If it was a full year and a half I would've given in for sure.

because euthanasia refers to individual deaths, not necessarily forced sterilization of entire races of people. In this case "euthanasia" is meant to be used more poetically than the actual definition, but simply put, "sterilization" is the appropriate term. Or at the very least, "euthanasia via sterilization"

Obviously I understand your point of view and why some of you want to read the manga instead of waiting for the final season since I did the same before this one came out but if you know what's going to happen then what's the point in doing a reaction video? Like, I think it's a fun dynamic if one of you has read the manga so we have a different perspective but I don't think people are that interested in watching five people wait for what they know is going to happen instead of being surprised. After all I think that the fun part is seeing how surprised you are and the way you theorize without knowing the story and that would be lost if you read the manga

I don't wanna be that guy but I watch your reactions to AoT because you guys don't know what will happen. Makes the reactions more genuine and exciting. But... If you guys do decide to read the manga, please consider doing a reaction series on it! One chapter is usually about 40 pages so if you guys want to do 1 chapter a week and start next week, you guys will finish reading the series by September 2021.

Idk if MAPPA can go insane on the animation for Part 2 of AOT. They have a HUGE catalog of insane anime to do this year and within the beginning of next year... I mean this year and beginning next year they making: Chainsaw Man (A very big anticipated manga adaptation), Yasuke (a black manga writers' anime adaption), Yuri on Ice: The Movie, Zombie land Saga S2, Re-Main (Water polo anime lol), and Jujutsu Kaisen 0 (The prequel to JJK S1 which is Volume 0). So don't get y'all hopes up too high if we maybe expecting even crazier animation in AOT Part 2 Final season. Although, it could happen. MAPPA is one of the best studios now

I disagree with euthanasia being the incorrect term or a mistranslation, pretty sure that is the term they went with in the manga as well. Euthanasia is to put something to death in a humane matter, how else can you wipe out an entire race in a humane manner. Stay strong not all of you can read the manga!!!!!!!!
