Hello my beautiful babies. Apologies for not posting yesterday, so here are three images to make up for my absence.
My favorite morning yoga video starts with breath-work and waking up the spine. I take big inhales and exhales while simultaneously lifting and lowering my arms. Then we stick our chests forward and back as we breath.
