Another simple stretch for your back are Cat/Cows where you fill your belly with your breath and arch your back downwards as much as you can and then blow all the air out and arch upwards as much as you can.
It’s funny how Beans is so aloof most of the time but when I’m doing yoga she’s ALWAYS like HEY MOM! WHAT R U DOIN? PET ME MOM!
