I personally actually liked it, and it along with Multiverse of Madness, seem like a good tip toeing towards more horror/darker themes in the MCU, and being able to do something like Midnight Sons with Johnny Blaze and Blade correctly. That said it’s certainly not perfect.

I thought it was good. Oscar Isaac did a great job.

This show was not great. I liked a couple of the dramatic moments of episode 5 but overall the show did not land for me. I also feel like this should not be connected to the MCU. I would much rather see a Moon Knight universe where the conceit is the Egyptian gods are real. That seems like a cool start. But when it is connected to the larger MCU it just feels messy. Too many gods on earth. Which afterlife takes precedent? Is the christian god real too? It's getting a bit much. Would rather a story that has a cleaner universe with a specific set of lore and rules.

Having been a huge Moon Knight comics fan, I thought it was okay. In the end I came away with the feeling that the six episodes were just a vehicle to explain the character's complexities so that they won't have to do it when he shows up in a movie down the road. Blade maybe?

Totally! If they did the Warren Ellis run it would have been really creepy and fit in nicely with Netflix's Daredevil.

I liked it well enough, but I can't shake the feeling if Netflix had it would've been a darker theme. That way Moon Knight could fold into A MARVEL KNIGHTS series with DD, Punisher, Elektra and possible Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider

100% I had the exact same reaction to virtually every point you made. (especially the Legion vibe I wish it had)
