November 2022 video round up!

Welcome to December!
It's just now starting to dip into winter here in Tokyo, we have another week or two before being outside is too cold haha. Don't worry, we are escaping to a warmer place for a bit soon, haha.

In November (ok, it was Dec 1st, but close enough) the biggest news is I (Eric) got my motorbike license in Japan finally! Only took like 6 months of poorly scheduled classes, but I passed on my first testing attempt and then jumped into the paperwork nightmare that is the Japanese DMV and got it all sorted! Anyways, now I can drive up to a 400cc motorbike in Japan, so soon~ish we will be bringing videos from trips on two motorized wheels: our favorite way to explore.

I have also put a *ton* of time into continuing to tighten up the tech for livestreaming. I'm enjoying it a lot...maybe a little too much as I get obsessed with things, haha. But it's fun, and I hope people are enjoying the streams too, it's probably going to be a pretty consistent thing we are doing for the forseable future. I honestly feel like the kind of travel and exploring we do works really good in a "stream" format so we are excited to share the world through that perspective as well as through our usual videos moving forward. Might play with the hybrid thing we did on the Cycling to Fuji trip some more in the future, we will see if I feel like the two things can help one another, I don't want to compromise either in an attempt to merge them togeher, I'm epecially worried about compromising "normal" video content in any way in this regard. I'd be interested to hear feedback anyone might have on this stuff, btw.

I want to stream "photo walks" where I can share photos with the viewers (nearly) instantly. With some help from friends I was able to code up a way to automate it! Future Plans! (Spoilers in this section!)
More videos! We are going to explore some of the furthest south islands of Japan over the winter holiday, those videos will be on their way starting in January!

More streaming! I have done a ton of hardware upgrades and have more on the way. Looking forward to getting back on the bike for some streams...maybe when it's warmer....and in the soon~ish warm future maybe on a motorbike too!?
