Generative Breakcore Drum and Bass in Ableton

But keep in mind, you can use this approach for any style or mood, I just went with hardcore breaks and bass. It uses Beat Repeats to find good loops, whilst also mangling everything in the set. A complete breakcore machine! I love these Ableton constructions that you can just sit back and listen to -- I never get tired of this one; it's always like "wow what's it going to do next?!"

2024-07-06 02:21:20 +0000 UTCWill watch this today at work or tomorrow, donβt know if itβs in the vein of the last live stream (well at least the first hour π ) but it was so inspiring β¦ I am working on a project that incorporates this technique (beat repeat as a looper, auto switch on glitch on the last bar, midi triggering delays and verbs β¦) combined with the granular percussion stuff which was totally sick. The result is really satisfying and helping to create crazy but useful parts. Jesus Thank you Ned. π€ I mean it !
