Mod Summary

This mod enhances the fitness experience for Sims in Sims 4, bringing to life some of the common activities we do in everyday life to get in shape and become healthier.    

Summary of Changes

We added/changed the following:

NEW OBJECTS: Finally, we are releasing some additional gym objects to expand your Sim's workout options. 

• FlowFit Cycle - bringing the stationary bike experience to the game. You can now let your Sims train indoors when the weather outside isn't great. 

• FlowFit Studio - a slimmer strength training machine that will allow your Sim to bench press and bicep curl to a more fit physique.

No, as soon as you load up a save, this mod becomes active in that save. No action is required.

How to Install:

New User

> In-game, go to 'GAME OPTIONS' and then 'OTHER.' 

> Make sure the "Enable Custom Content and Mods" and "Script Mods Allowed" boxes are checked

> Exit the game (or make sure to Save and Exit if in the middle of a game)

> Extract mod

> Place the .package file into your Mods folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods)

> Restart Game

> Done!

Existing User

> Exit the game (or make sure to Save and Exit if in the middle of a game)

> Remove any SimRealist files

> Extract mod

> Place the .package file into your Mods folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods)
