introducing the BEAN MACHINE (we got another cat)

Hi patrons! I've been a little MIA here -- I haven't been doing a lot of art this month, and then a little over a week ago, Stephen and I adopted another kitty! it was... the most impulsive thing I've ever done in my life.... when I got both Aslan and Fiora, I knew well ahead of time that I wanted to get another cat. this time around, I'd been wanting a third cat for a bit but never seriously considered it (our apt lease only allows 2 animals) but,, I saw this little man available from a local shelter's Facebook page and Stephen and I very impulsively adopted him! what our apartment complex doesn't know won't hurt them 🤡

I wanna wait to share on other platforms that we adopted him until he is fully settled in, but I wanted to give you guys an update on this - so this is our new cat, Beans! he's just over 6 months old (the youngest cat I've adopted 🥺💕 both Aslan and Fiora were adults when I adopted them) and he is a bundle of joy and love. he's still very new to us so his personality is going to take a lot of time to fully show, but so far he's insanely affectionate and absolutely wonderful. he hasn't met Aslan or Fiora yet, but he will in the next week or two!

I'm definitely gonna make a YouTube video on him when he is more settled in, but if you guys want updates on him in the meantime.. 👉👈 I am happy to oblige! I haven't been able to get many good photos of him since he's currently quarantining in one of our bathrooms, but here's a small small photo dump:







I also need to get my act together and work on next month's print artwork - I haven't started at all and I currently don't know what I'm gonna draw - so I'll probably be a little late sharing it 😅 but it will come soon regardless!!
