Added 2019-07-18 23:59:51 +0000 UTCI realized that I didn't draw her tail....but she looks cute like this. Even without her tail, she's still Rei. My main focus was the sky so the water is a little off;; Psd in another post!
Iβll be trying to draw water tomorrow.
