Maybe an intruder but more likely someone known to at least one of the men, (Dylan?) who had come in and was hiding either in the spare (Robert’s) room or downstairs if they knew that the other roommate would be gone for the night? The chime could have been from someone exiting, not entering, and the dented sandbox lid could have been from someone going over the fence and landing on it verses climbing on it to break in. The grunts could have been a paralyzed Robert trying to call for help after the attacker left. Just a theory. Regardless, the police fumbled badly. They were so focused on OMG GaY that they couldn’t see any other scenarios. It couldn’t be possible that a man from a marginalized community would perhaps relate to and be friendly with people from another marginalized community.

From the get go it’s “oh it can’t be possible for a straight man to stay with 3 gay men” - WHY NOT?! Of course he can, it was planned for a week, he wanted to work late, his wife knew! Seemed quite homophobic & narrow minded to act like this was so bizarre. Also strange that joes brother had robbed the house?! Very weird case, feel very sorry for Robert’s poor wife

Joe reminds me of OJ, rules do not apply to him and if you listen carefully to what those around him say, he thinks he is the cat's meow. ha. Seriously though. It's possible four people know what happened, one being Robert (rest his soul), and 3 are still out there. I keep thinking of a song I used to love... ♬ "Gotta secret? Can you keep it? ...three can keep a secret... when two of them are dead." ♬ we still have time for someone to speak out. :) I found a comment from a podcast follower to be very intriguing. He said that "drugging" in the gay community is a big problem and that it is "every gay dudes dream to make it with a str8 guy". His words, not mine. Victor was not happy with the third partner arrangement. So he may never come forward to spill the beans, even if he wasn't involved because his goal all along was to be married to Joe and have their "family". Can't recall if you touched on this or not but they (Joe and Victor) have kids... They were sperm donors and so each fathered a child with the same lesbian couple. DB Dillon is no longer with them as he is now married to someone else. That is reason alone to think someone may start talking bout what happened but these guys are educated, live cush lives, and have a lot to lose. The most DB thing of all?? At Robert's funeral, Joe had a separate line of mourners to meet and greet... ya know, that is usually reserved for immediate family. So he and Robert's wife stood there to greet their respective line of mourners. That makes me puke in my mouth a little... he just thought so highly of himself as Robert's friend. But clearly not friend enough to keep him alive. I am on the fence about Robert's own DNA being found in his rectum. Upwards of 60% of cases analyzed postmortem will be positive like that, especially if the death was particularly violent or a certain amount of time has passed since death. and it was trace amounts, main word being TRACE. However, that doesn't mean it wasn't sexually motivated, just no proof with the info we have. (That is a huge pet peeve of mine... recall Sierah Joughin's murder- there's no evidence she was "sexually assaulted", yet she was found buried hogtied in a lace brazier that wasn't hers. Asphyxiated. The entire thing was sexual and why they say it's not is beyond me. Sorry for the rant.) Okay, so you have 3 men sharing a home- 2 sharing a kink. Joe was a sub in bdsm and db dillon was the Dom. They had a contract in place (a bdsm thing) and if you know anything about that world and those contracts, they can be harsh af. If they truly led a bdsm lifestyle in the way they describe and they were "all in" (for lack of a better term), db Dillon could have said to Joe, "this is what we are doing when your friend gets here (cause you have promised me another 3rd sexual encounter) and this is who I demand you give me." (that would be not normal to us- but blind obedience is something a dom is aiming for). I think he was somehow drugged and on the verge of death when he was stabbed. There's no cast-off, blood spatter, evidence of cleanup... nothing. So, his heart had to be barely pumping, when he was stabbed in the chest. Which I think happened as a coverup of the true crime... especially when you consider that there was ZERO body movement when stabbed. Your body has natural reflexes to preserve itself ... when a knife is stabbed into you, aware of it or not, your body automatically reacts in several ways, one of which is moving your hands to that area- that didn't happen. Nor did his body move or try to get away in any way when stabbed 3 times... leaving behind uniform and precise incisions. Now, that does happen from time to time, but it's not common. AAAgggghhhh, this case just makes you mad. Hopefully, you will need to do a follow-up video cause db Dillon turns on Joe... or something awesome like that... here's to hoping! Forgive my long-winded-ness ... I was having a "salem" moment and just had to regurge all the info I took in about this case. haha... You knocked another one out of the park... thanks for sharing... cause you know that sharing is caring!

2024-06-11 03:38:32 +0000 UTCOK, here's my theory. It was an ex-lover of one of the guys came in the back door. He came in and injected Robert, rendering him unconscious. He sexually assaulted Robert, choked, etc. He then murdered him in the bathtub (or shower), washed the body, washed himself, then staged the body. Dylan did say he heard Robert taking a shower. Perhaps then the killer left through the front door, setting off the chime. Perhaps this was done to get revenge, because no one wants revenge like an ex. And maybe the guys weren't sure who it could be, or maybe they were so afraid of who they thought it could be, they just didn't want to say anything. My story isn't much more wild than any other possible explanation. haha

Oxygen administered to keep him alive during SA & then suffocated by the cessation of supplemental oxygen or with airway obstruction following the act. Quite possibly all 3 participated. A quick theory which I think could have holes in it. 🤔

Sadists enjoy prolonging the pain of their victims (I think it's safe to say that Robert wasn't a partner, even if he wanted to give it a go...), and an hour and a half (from 10.30, when he arrived at the house, to 11.59, when the 911 call was made) seems too short a time, not only for the sadist to enjoy, but also to do all the cleaning, if not of the house, at least of the body. This is probably stupid, but I wonder if the police checked the time Robert left his job... Anyway, thanks for the long video, I like it a lot! Love ya!
