Sunday Art Post

Hello there

Carrying on my present inclination to do full page drawings, I'm here again with another one in progress.  

I would like to point out that before I started this drawing, my hands were so cold I couldn't hold the pen.  I bravely warmed them up and got on with it, and only mention it here so you can also acknowledge how brave I was, if you like.

Brave right?  RIGHT?

So this is another of the "likeness" posts, as I once again have five likenesses in one image to get right or it's not worth carrying on.  This was particularly difficult as my reference material was rough.  Really not very crisp looking, so there was a fair bit of shadow work.  I actually planned two separate ones on the same topic (both Rocky Horror) and my reference pics for the other one are bang on.  So obviously I chose the hard one first.

Oh, actually, I did another drawing as well.  Just remembered.  And if you haven't watched the first three episodes of The Book Of Boba Fett yet, then here is my artistic interpretation of them:

I reckon I could break the internet with that if I put it on social media. But I'll just break the patreon instead.

Right, onto the daft big collage pic.  I honestly had several moments on Saturday eve/Sunday morning, where I thought there was a chance I could finish it for today, but no way.  It was always my plan to just do likenesses for you, but you know when you overestimate your stamina?  It's 3:41 this morning now, and that will deffo do for today.

(it was a particularly bad ref pic of these two by the way... really pixelated - taken straight off the blu-ray on my telly too).

See?  Dreadful.  So we can probably add that to the brave list as well really...

Oh, and this picture doesn't actually exist in the movie...I gave Columbia a different head so they were looking at each other, which they never do at the same time in this shot and it's probably too late to get them to re-shoot it now...

Ok, not sure we can class that as brave...

I think it'll be alright.  Good to have a project innit?  I shall show you the completed piece just as soon as I complete it.  That's true for everything though eh?
