Halloween Costumes (WIP)

I intended to include Muffet in this but couldn't without overloading SFM; so I'll add a WIP of her costume later on. Halloween-focused content is planned to be released throughout October, with a possible animation or two to be released on the 31st.
If I can find a fitting costume for Undyne then I'll include her as well alongside Muffet.
