Impactful Blocking 1.2; Project Impact Rebalance

Updates to Project impact which makes it a little less OP and for Impactful blocking to add a bonus feature when paired with ABR

And everyone, If wanting help for anything, I really prefer discord as a platform for that. it's easier to show visuals and it's definitely more direct. If you don't like the platform you can really just stop by, ask for the help and leave and this is if you really don't like using it; but there is incentives to stay as I don't restrict all forms of help, I try my best to make it as lenient as possible. So please consider getting answers on the server. 

anyways, about the updates on this post 

This is a rebalance of Project Impact, 2 additional behaviors added. mid-high level Npcs have a chance to counter attack and then dodge on specific health levels in game, another is a direct dodge, both of these ensure less cheese for NPCs.

the chances of these new behaviors happen on specified health percentages per NPC level

so the low has this chance on the 50%

and High has this chance on, 90% 75% 50% 30% and 20%


the attacks of opportunity, the juggles and trips are also more regulated, NPCs will have higher chances to dodge more after being attack, and you have to decrease NPC health more before you can start juggling.

Impactful Blocking Adds New counter attack behaviors for ABR
this is what the R1hm/2hm_counter1-5 files are for that you see in 5.9

inspired by the hellblade game that when you block an attack, you can customize your attacks to be different, you'll have distinct and dedicated counter attacks

Installation for these files remain similar, just refer to the full instructions at the discord's installation and instructions channel. If you read those documents, you surely wont have trouble with getting the mods to work!

I feel like the flinching is really off-putting for me. It really bugs out when you get hit with a constant stream spell.

Project Impact staggers cause massive movement sliding. Anyone know what fixes that?

Which files control the enemy dodges, and which ones make the enemies fly back/have exaggerated knockdown animations? I love this mod but I'd prefer to have those things removed!
