Attack Behavior Revamp 5.4.2 New NPC attack behaviors

This Update Will have new NPC attack behaviors Compatible with all Combat Mods, Now, NPC have a total of 5 unique attack behavior patterns you can anticipate and base your decision making on. 

The first 2 NPC exclusive attacks had long build up and recovery periods but these new attacks have different patterns and they use it dynamically In game, So you will now have more improvisation queues to your combat tactics which makes fighting more interesting

Only issue I'm seeing is that they are using the same 1 handed combinations for two handed weapons in the latest version (5.5.2).

I use Ultimate dodge and haven't had any issues.

TBH I use 5.1 with CGO, and I have not seen and serious issues. The timing on Dodge+side PA is finicky, but outside of that it seemed fine. That said, I play a magic character right now and may not be the best test subject.

Regarding that, I still haven't gotten the source files from shikyokira yet but once i do receive them i can then adapt my edits to not conflict with tudm edits
