Mathew was in my top 3 in the first 2 episodes but after that he slowly dropped down my bias list. Team Love Killa's mess of a intermediate evaluation was also lowley his fault as the leader because he was so rushed and kept switching between vocals, choreo and dance practise, without perfecting any one single aspect. Thus, they had nothing solid to show to the masters and got that massive scolding. I feel like in the previous episode and this one as well, he also just kept making everyone uncomfortable. Props to Jiwoong and Hanbin for being so mature about this and handling it well.

However, in En Garde, because more than just one member stood at, people's opinion differs and splits the votes for the highest performer. Haruto's team, the votes are just concentrated to him and thus higher in count. They probably also did not show the lowest score in En Garde because there were probably no big difference and thus doesn't add anything to the plot.

First off, that intro part of the episode where they make it seem like Jongwoo snaps back at the dance teacher saying “I won’t do it” is literally an evil edit, and him saying “I won’t do it” is taken from earlier (but later in the episode) when they divide the parts and he says “I won’t do it” to being main rapper because of his lack in confidence. It does NOT happen when the dance teacher is there, and it does not happen in response to getting constructive feedback. Mnet even kept the ACTUAL clip of him saying “I won’t do it” while they’re trying to divide their parts, and aren’t even trying to hide their evil editing anymore😭😭 Also, as a Jongwoo 1pick, watching him realize that no one on team “Over Me” mentioned him as someone they feel like they have to keep is heartbreaking, but then I remember that a lot of the work he put in is done behind the scenes, and I think the other members were more focused on who they needed on stage. I hate that he lost so much confidence by being kicked out, but it makes sense from a performance pov when you consider how he was sub vocal and left the major parts to other members of the team. I would have loved to see him on the team and I think he would have nailed it, but I can also understand the other members.
