Here is the new link for the shared Patron drive where all my drawings, 3D models, and other project files live. Everything you've ever seen on my channel is here.
If you're new to Patreon, this link only lasts 30 days, so don't bother bookmarking it. I post a new one here each month. Enjoy, and thank you!

I didn't do it this time because roll forming puts pretty immense pressure on the part, and I didn't trust superglue to hold it. There's also a bunch of machining that happens on these plates, and copper is hard going, so I didn't think superglue was up to that either.

I'm made pieces in that manner up to about 5.5" with 1/16" brass and copper. Otherwise very similar to how you show, and when you finish take the piece outside and heat it with a propane or acet/air torch to make the super-glue release.
