If you're asking for the long one, that's the principled shader. Best and most complete and easiest to use shader in all blender. It has all you could need, difusse, specular, roughness, normal, anisotropy, trasnparecy, subsurface scattering. There's a blenderguru tutorial for it, i really encourage you to use it :3 also it's only for cycles, if ypu planning to use blender engine or blender game engine won't appear.

Is that a special Material Node? I been meaning to get into the advanced ones, especially for SSS.
