Maybe some additional "props" would also help to this. For example a "arm bandage" (or leg), which a user could then add-on to a model. For example a "stump" bandage a user could simply "cut/slice" off an arm/leg in blender (or other tool) and then add the stump bandage, giving the user lots of modular abilities! A peg leg!

I had a few ideas like that. When I make these sets I normally like to hold those ideas for a follow up set. Look at the Kobolds, first set was normal, but the second was more wacky ideas and PC models.

Since the town guard can be compromised of battered veterans any chance (hope this does not sound morbid but usually you cannot find any of those models) to have some wooden legs or one armed models?
PS: great number of weapons to choose from...
