2023-03-20 06:55:15 +0000 UTCSo, the Beast Titan said something like "This must mean you know we reside in the nape of the neck" when referencing the ODM gear; and both Annie and Eren do indeed reside in the nape of the neck when in titan form. But ODM gear predates the appearance of the transforming titans, and the BT didn't say "This must mean you know about the weak point". I've thought this for a while, but I think that *all* titans are transformed humans. I'm not sure why some become so much more powerful, like Eren, Annie, Colossal and Armoured, but I *am* sure that they're all transformed humans.

Also it's worth telling Montana for context that those of us who watched S1 waited FOUR YEARS after that previous episode for the new season (IIRC S1 was in 2013 and then season 2 was in 2017).

So watching this is just reminding me of what a crazy moment the beast titan was and why it was so hard to stop watching, especially season 2 onward! Also just how crazy the story is about to get for Montana 😂 this is a great show to rewatch, noticing so many little moments that I didn’t realize were significant
