2021-07-12 15:46:02 +0000 UTCFor anyone out of the loop, this is sort of a running gag, mostly on Rocco's Futureprobe series, where they label a stream as Undertale but then actually play something else. FWIW it is a fun game with great characters and it means a lot to a lot of people, but it lives in a weird space hype-wise. It seems to be an ironic thing for the M64 crew (at least Rocco) and it's been that way for so many years that even if they would've genuinely enjoyed it at some point, I don't know if they would even if they gave it a legitimate playthrough. While the video length is a good indicator that it won't be a genuine attempt, it still feels like a bit of a ripoff to be paying for Patreon, see a new Friendimension for a game that you'd love to see them play, and learn that it's a fakeout. Hopefully if they were recording an actual game in this session we'll still see that soon.
