Question to all 3D print pros put there
Added 2018-10-08 08:25:15 +0000 UTCHi, i'm working on the print setup for my T-Rex figurine. I did a few test prints and they came out very well except for the very detailed mouth region. The problem is, that the print support for the mouth tends to break off the teeth when beeing removed after the print. I could fix this by increasing the print size but i really love the current size. Also i would encounter wrapping problems when increasing the model size because of its socket. Is there anyone who had fixed such a problem before? I could come up with a custom printsupport structure but the software solutions i tried weren't able to give me the proper amount of control of the support structure or simply weren't able to work with the high resolution of the mesh. It would be very great if i could get in touch with someone who is very experienced in 3d printing.
