It’s been nice stepping away from the non-stop content machine for a bit—turns out rest is, in fact, real and good. That said, I clearly can’t fully detach myself, so I spent some downtime playing around with new rendering techniques and character design. Because of course I did.
One little side project was trying to recreate one of my favorite female musicians—purely for fun—and honestly? I think she turned out pretty great. What do you think of her? Not sure I could ever bring myself to use her in a comic though… feels like sacred ground.
This Wednesday I’ll be posting the final part of Not So Fine Print (yes, it’s really happening), and then we’re back into the usual rhythm of SSS and Akiba Maid Swap. Plus, we’ll get the poll up for the next Before & After/Series post.
