TNA Bound For Glory pictures/notes

TNA's website had the following:

TNA Wrestling today confirmed that Bound For Glory will have the company’s highest paid ticket total and will be the largest grossing live event in the United States in 2024.

A few notes from readers:
"Here are pictures of TNA. Feels like it’s over capacity. But they were giving away free tickets."

"Actual ticket sales per WSU were 2750 and 250 in comps. Fire marshal was outside as it was at complete capacity by 7:50 PM EST"

Their justifications for this are so poor. One of them is parking. If you’re getting 3500, you don’t need *that* much parking. A 5-6000 seat venue will have enough. The facilites aren’t as nice? Ok, but you’re paying people a lot and your TV product suffers. Tell the wrestlers that. The atmosphere doesn’t die. YES, IT DOES.

They've only been to Detroit twice as a company in 5 years. So weak. Hoping we get Revolution in 2025.

I was at Bound For Glory. Venue was great and definitely a full house with lots of standing room.

Agreed, but they've routinely said their setup works better in arenas. That said, I saw AEW in Everett, WA in a 6,000-seat arena and it all seemed to work fine. That's probably their sweet spot at this point. Even RAW was run from high school gyms for a brief moment in time. There's no harm in downsizing.

AEW has done great in Detroit so they can keep going to NBA arena but WWE exclusively makes it harder

If I were AEW, I’d be booking this building for Collision pronto. They need small buildings like this to fill for that show.
