It's only 720P but I'll add a link to the episode I have once its done uploading to Google Drive, so you don't have to go through one of those pirate websites. Other option is VPN on Netflix. I'm not sure about subs but the episode is available on netflix in Korea right now.

But you will get tons of ads tho hahaha Other option is ofc pirated sites. Both options has high quality video and english subtitle.
