Bad News

I wanted to thank you all for being some of my best fans here. I just wanted to make art that I couldn't seem to find, scratch an itch no one else had, that sorta thing.
I'll skip the long and short of it but as I came home from work today I found;
The boot SSD of my rendering pc completely corrupted; no boot, nothing. Not detected in bios in any of the slots. I spent $299 on a 2tb samsung premium drive for 9 months out of a five year warranty, lol. Taking it out and using it in an external enclosure only yields a pop up saying the device doesn't exist
The shit part is that drive contains literally *all* of my work. Every render file, scene, image, figure, asset I have is on it... which is currently completely inaccessible l. The last 6 or so months of my life, really. It's made me feel legitimately sick. I love doing this.
I've sent an email to a local data retrieval company in an effort to get what I need back.
For the future until I know what's salvageable; I'll be keeping the patreon in limbo with no charges.
This feels like shit.
Sorry everybody. I was really excited to show you what I had planned for November.

It's terribly sad that you're on the verge of losing six months of your talent and hard work. But I will support you until you overcome this ordeal well. And also I hope you can retrieve all or some of your data too.
