Dev Diary #88

By mother nature, another event I have to take part in... elvish grunts.

Trying to get back to the normality of one diary a week... here we are again! I'll try to do so in order to keep you informed in a more recurrent way even if some diaries are short if I haven't done anything interesting (code).

This week I've done a lot of things and I've forgotten half of what I've done, it's been crazy.

Now more seriously... The highlight of this week is that I've been fixing/redesigning internally the counters feature. So yes, in the next version, it will be back. It didn't take as long as I thought it would so I can't complain too much. 

I have to say that in the next version, I'm aiming to add more stars to all the girls. The idea is that little by little they will all have three stars in everything and in the future when we are closer to the end, add two more (plus an extra one for the new game mode that will exist when the game is completely finished).

On the other hand, I've been "redesigning" the interface in general and I can finally say that it's the definitive interface. It has a new texture and it will remain like this for the rest of the development, with no more changes.

I still need to change the crafting panels but for the moment I'm going to leave them as they are.

On the other hand, I've added a new tab in the calendar to make everything related to the events more visible.

Not only that, but as I showed yesterday on Discord, I've redesigned the rank interface.

It looks a lot better now, doesn't it? Interface? where? I only see boobs heh. SPOILER: She's "naked" only in hard mode.

As for the rest, I've been focused on working on small details of the hard mode, fixing bugs, planning new content... the usual stuff.

This week the idea is to focus on events as I want to have an event available for each season in the next version. I have in mind the summer one but I have to see if it's possible to do it in a cool way (wet t-shirt contest). If I can't do it the way I have in mind, I'll move on to plan B.

I still have a few more things to explain but as they are SFW, I'll leave them for the public diary so that in the next exclusive I'll have interesting things to show.
