First Milestone Goal reached!
Added 2015-07-29 21:18:35 +0000 UTCHoorah! In just a little under a week we've reached our first milestone goal of $50, meaning: Patron-Chosen Song!
So let's discuss! There's 11 of you so far, so there's bound to be several different requests and opinions. I'm trying to figure out the fairest way to choose, so let's try this: list 3 songs you'd like to hear GaMetalized. Hopefully we can have some matches and go with the most popular choice. Look and see what other people suggest too! Sometimes people have great ideas that don't even cross my mind.
I also had another idea: I wanted to do a (an?) NES Medley #3 this year. NES Medley #2 was chosen with random songs submitted by fans, I now have almost double that fan base and have reached the point where there'd just be a ridiculous amount of submissions, so I was thinking what if I let you all choose the songs instead?
So along with your 3 songs you'd like to hear, list me a 4th song from any NES game you'd like to hear! If we can't decide on one song, we'll roll with NES Medley #3, if we do decide on one song, I'll still do NES Medley #3 but at a later point in time. Maybe for the next milestone?

2015-07-30 14:19:31 +0000 UTCYeah, the SSB4 one was pretty awesome, though I wish it (and some other the other remixes from more recent metroid games) included the second half of the song from the original NES version; it always gave me chills while jumping from platform to platform at the end!

2015-07-30 00:15:21 +0000 UTCI never played GX or heard its soundtrack. When you say Fire Field does that mean Feel Our Pain is a Fire Field remix? If so that'd be awesome! Fire Field I feel is the most underrated F-Zero song.

2015-07-30 00:07:37 +0000 UTCWhich version, the SNES or GBA soundtrack? (if you didn't know, the soundtrack is completely different between versions). Rock Face Rumble was actually one of the only songs I liked in the GBA version of DKC3, but it's great in the SNES game too!

Sonic Heroes: Sonic Heroes (GCN & PS2) - Debatably the best Crush40 Sonic track. Plus it'd be cool to bust out the vox again. Monty on the Run: Monty on the Run (Commodore 64) - This song's too amazing to not cover. And a NES track? Turbo Tunnel (Race) from Battletoads. That song rocks.
