Hey everyone — I’m looking to collaborate with a writer (preferably from Los Angeles) who either has a high Black List score (7 or above) or is a produced writer within the horror genre, to refine and co-develop 10 short horror stories I’ve already written. This is a 6–10 week paid collaboration to complete ten short scripts.

About Me: I’m a filmmaker and producer whose feature script scored 7 on The Black List (with 8s across multiple categories). I’ve produced films sold internationally and am now building Blumhouse-style, high-concept horror: contained, emotional, and cinematic (Saw, Mama).

Goal: To produce 1–2 self-funded short films that hook viewers in the first 30 seconds, using: • Real acting talent • Green screen & VFX • AI-assisted post

Pay: $400–$1,000/short (based on quality) paid via Venmo or Zelle. Payment schedule negotiable. Writing credit + inclusion in pitch/festival materials. Professional engagement — not spec or deferred.

Process: You’ll get a story synopsis, return a first page for feedback, then deliver 10 pages. Each short = approximately a one-week assignment (~10–15 hrs). Must sign a contract/NDA; scripts are owned by my production company with full rights/chain of title. No residuals beyond agreed pay and credit. Available for a 15–30 min weekly call for creative alignment.
