Plaid is seeking a Partner Marketing Content Writer/Copywriter to help scale storytelling across our rapidly growing partner ecosystem. As a key member of our in-house creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams to craft clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content for top-tier partners and scalable campaign programs.
You’ll be responsible for developing copy that drives awareness, adoption, and activation—spanning partner web pages, case studies, and integrated campaigns. Your work will play a central role in shaping how Plaid’s partner stories are told, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across every channel.
This role will be up to 40 hrs/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead copy development end-to-end for partner content, including partner web pages and partner case studies.
Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Creative teams to translate partner strategies and joint value propositions into compelling narratives that reflect Plaid’s brand tone and positioning.
Write and refine copy for multiple formats—web, digital, social, ABM, and integrated campaigns—ensuring each asset drives clarity, connection, and conversion.
Develop scalable content templates (“campaigns-in-a-box”) to support a broader set of partners efficiently and consistently.
Maintain brand and messaging consistency across all partner-facing content, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Streamline collaboration between Comms, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Ops to improve efficiency and accelerate content delivery timelines.
Contribute to ecosystem storytelling, crafting narratives that elevate partner impact and highlight the value of Plaid’s technology across industries.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
4–6 years of experience in content writing, marketing copywriting, or brand storytelling (preferably within tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS).
Strong portfolio showcasing long- and short-form writing across web, campaigns, and partner or co-marketing content.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling stories.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills—comfortable working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and executives.
Detail-oriented, organized, independent self-starter, and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Passion for technology, partnerships, and storytelling that drives business impact.
Experience in financial services and/or B2B marketing is a plus, if coming from a B2B background, experience with B2C also a plus
