Composing/Producing Live in 1 Hour

The choices are:
1) Nu-metal (riff crafting and lyric writing)
2) Chord Progression Crafting (in major or minor and utilizing modal mixture)
3) One Chord Vamp (focus on production / layering / instrumentation)
