Yes, they will be sketched, and they won't have backgrounds. If it's a suggestion that has multiple characters, the maximum I will draw is three. Also, these will be strictly safe for work. If you need a measurement on how far in the raunchy scale it can be, think of it this way: only as far as something you can see in a PG-13 movie.
