December 20th Update + Important Poll!

Hey everyone! It's time again for the weekly update, and this week all the Patrons get to see it! Consider this a tiny Christmas present to all the $1 Patrons.

First and foremost, if you didn't see it in the title of last week's post, this month's Patreon hangout will be Saturday January 4th. Mark your calendars if you want to come! It will take place on Discord as usual, so if you're not on the Discord, send me a message and I'll give you the link.

Second, and perhaps more importantly, I wanted to ask your opinion on something. As you may already  know, I've been looking to move out of my parents and get my own house, despite not yet reaching the Patreon goal. (I fear the wasps will return in the spring X_X) I've actually been shopping around with a realtor all this month, and if all goes well I may be able to get a place of my own in February or March! It won't be a great house or anything, but it will still allow to take the next step I need towards making the channel a lot better.

The only downside is the immense time and effort it will take to move, and the the fact that just searching for houses has stretched my time and attention thin. I was thinking, when I do move, perhaps I could take a whole month off to do it. I've been needing a little break anyway, and this way I can take that time to properly set up in my new place, rather than rushing everything.

Of course this is my job, and you are all my bosses, so if I want time off I want to formally request it from you. You likely wouldn't get cards, sleeves, or shout-outs that month, so the vast majority of you would be donating for no reward. I understand completely if that is a step too far, which is why I wanted to ask. Let me know via the poll if you would continue to support me through a no-content moving month, or if you would pull your donation until I returned. I'd hate to lose a bunch of you right when I'm taking on a huge financial burden, so it's important to answer honestly. If the break is a problem, I can forestall the move or something until I find a way to get content out while moving.

With all that important stuff said, here's this week's preview of coming attractions:

- Tonight, right after this, I'll be putting up the What a Deck Follow Up for Infernoids, which is mostly a discussion video on recovery cards.

- Tomorrow you'll get the premier of a strange holiday challenge I call: Humble Duel: Least Life Points wins. Basically, Saltleg Kale and Windshadow will have 15 minute duels, where the object is to lower their own LP without getting to zero, while also giving their opponent as many LP as possible. It's a weird challenge, and it doesn't work very well, but it's a fun time regardless :)

- Next Monday on Legsplay Megaman Legends will continue with the introduction of the most cute and/or adorable pirates evar!

- While on Wednesday Katana Zero will continue to get weird.

- Next week's What a Deck is the Christmas episode, which this year will be Crystronmas, as I play a new version of my favorite deck utilizing the freshly announced link monster Halqifibrax, AKA Needlefiber. If you want the deck/sleeves/negation for yourself, they are all included below!

- I'm also going to try and get an unboxing done at some point during Christams, assuming the cards I ordered arrive on time.
