There are 8 preset colours, and with the sliders you can make an endless amount of options for your sims.
LOCATION IN CAS: Makeup>Lipstick
They are tagged for Male and Female, but with the Feminine tag, the Allows Random version should only show on your Feminine sims.
There are 2 packages in the zip, install only one or they will conflict:
