Oven dish with broccoli puree, leek and minced chicken

ingredients:


Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, with the grill setting on

2. Cut the broccoli into florets and steam or cook them until tender. Also use the stem of the broccoli, it is packed with flavor and vitamins. Cut the trunk very finely!

3. Cut the leek into rings

4. Add a splash of body oil in a frying pan and meanwhile Stew the onion together with the minced meat. Let it bake for a few minutes.

5. Then add the leek rings to the minced meat.

6. When the broccoli is cooked, drain the water and mash the broccoli with pepper, salt and a dash of olive oil (not too much, this is only for binding)

7. Put the broccoli puree in an oven dish, add the minced meat with the leek on top and finish with a layer of gratin cheese.

8. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes until you get a nice golden brown crust.
