That is why we work out. Yes for extended periods magwell grip is used. But no, not for accurate shots.

I saw other firearms guys talking about that forward grip causing some muscle fatigue on the left arm due to holding it out for long periods. They advised switching from a magwell or other closer grip to the extended arm grip when more precision is needed. Your thoughts on this?
