The plot seemed to be years in the making, and still wasn't done very well. Paper trails, logic, and many murder requests lead to very close family, that reeled in some outsiders to solve one of their problems. Will it all come crashing down on them?
Along the way, we find out that most of the moonshine used to come from this very town, that you shouldn't ask random people from the tanning salon to kill your husband, and that you shouldn't wear the jewelry of the person you just murdered!!

Over a 1/3 of all domestic abuse cases are perpetrated by members of law enforcement. Take a moment to let that static from the FBI’s data (pick a year doesn’t change much). So let’s not act like women in a shelter would be all starry eyed and happy to see a shelter cooperating with the police. Also, with all your research in true crime have you somehow missed how frequently some piece of shit cop or his buddies abuse their authority and raid a shelter to drag someone’s wife or girlfriend out? Do you think that doesn’t happen? What the fuck with this episode? Also there is no evidence the victim ever abused his wife or children sighting the murderer as a source of the allegations and saying “we just don’t know if they’re true,” what the fuck again? The victims daughter sure as shit says he never hurt anyone so why not at minimum just not mention it.
