Me and JT going to have beef lol. "Chili" is the inferior chile. Go to the next state over from Texas and get some green chile stew from New Mexico the chile CAPITAL of the world 🤣 jk chili is okay. I don't like it very much because it seems like a gentrified version of my states cuisine. At least Texans know for the most part it's a different dish but stupid Colorado literally took our hatch chile pepper and made it an exclusively white person meal lol
