  In addition, your activities caused confusion for consumers, and diluted the goodwill and distinctiveness of our trademark. We are creators of the Genetic Engineering and Dinosaur Restoration and Enhancement Program (GEDREP). We have used the trademark as early as June 11, 1993, establishing our priority in the trademark.   Due to the similarities of the activities, your use of the incubation devices created by GEDREP R&D department is likely to cause confusion and mistake among our consumers. Therefore, your unauthorized use of our technology constitutes license infringement. We hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from using our technology. If you do not cease and desist the infringing activity within the above stated time period, we will be forced to take appropriate legal action against you and will seek to retrieve aforementioned technology using all means necessary, be it by force. We are not liable for the damage caused this way.
  
  Alternatively, you are welcome to explore our numerous licensing packages. Repurchasing the license and paying the 20,000 (twenty thousand) silver fee will result in no further legal action.
