2021-06-14 07:34:24 +0000 UTCI wouldn't say that's dramatic. This season's got some of the best moments in the whole series ("Beginnings") and some of the most disappointing ("Light in the Dark"). Also, being warned ahead of time that a show is flawed isn't a bad thing. I think we'd all agree that this season is fully worth watching.

2021-06-10 20:38:09 +0000 UTCIt's the weakest season, especially when compared to the greatness of 3 and 4, but that doesn't mean it's god awful and you have to keep warning people about it. I don't know why people insist on doing that. It's an entertaining season and there's actually a lot of good stuff to sink your teeth into here.

2021-06-10 14:55:20 +0000 UTCInterestingly, this whole season is dedicated to water tribes. I actually thought that what we saw in ATLA was not enough. Despite almost everyone saying that this season sucks I can tell ya that I loved it. We get introduced to a lot of new interesting characters as well as we get to meet old ones and get insight into a lot of new info. A lot of questions I had about the world and different things were answered which is amazing. I think ya gonna enjoy it.

2021-06-10 10:10:14 +0000 UTCAlso to clarify, when making Book 3 the creators knew they would be doing a 4th season as well as I'm pretty sure after Book 2 they got an order for two more seasons, so expect a bit more cohesion between Book 3 and 4 rather than them wrapping everything up like Book 1 and 2.

2021-06-09 22:25:22 +0000 UTCYeah I really don’t think Season 2 is that bad as people say it is. I think its more about the pacing (and writing) in some moments, but overall I don’t think it’s bad. Hopefully you two enjoy it! Also, Asami is 18 for clarification, still pretty young to be responsible for an entire company, but quite impressive! And yeah, I really think Mako was being treated unfairly in this episode, he was definitely trying all things considered and the scenes we got were a bit dramatic, gotta love teenagers 😂 Anyway great reaction 🥰

2021-06-09 21:49:44 +0000 UTCone thing i do not understand about Avatar fans is when they tell reactors how bad Season 2 is WHEN IT REALLY ISNT. I still believe its the "Korra hate" as well as them NEVER WANTING this show to even come close to Last airbender. Weird obsession if you ask me.

2021-06-09 21:23:10 +0000 UTCSeason 2 went up in my estimation when I rewatched it. There are still things I dislike about it, but it's better than I remembered. There are certainly things that you girls are going to love. There are also some frustrating things. But you'll judge for yourselves. Tenzin is 51. Bumi is 60. I don't know how old Kya is...I don't think they ever say, just that she's the middle child. I'll have to re-check the Avatar wiki.
