Haha, Ty and Wes actually commented on Josep being shown with shirt open, because everyone noticed how ripped Samer Salem (the actor) was and just couldn't let him not get away with a subtle way to incorporate that view. And that Naomi-Drummer scene... two absolute powerhouses of actresses in a room, alone... perfection! Of course still awesome to also get the two Queens finally in one scene together.

Book Amos and book Bobbie don't have this conversation, but Alex (who is still very much alive) has a brief relationship with one of the Belters who are on the Rocinante. It's kinda put down to "we're going to war and may die, so let's have some fun" and I feel like they integrated it into the show. And I absolutely loved it.
