I'm obviously late to the party, I watch an episode and then wait to see you guys' reaction. I think so far this episode is probably the best one. In the series so far

Additionally, the brother handing Elliot a Lolipop which all Doctor's do for kids once they've been "treated" / "healed", Elliot choosing to take the kid to the movies saves his life, and as a result he receives a Lolipop to indicate he's been "treated" in a way.
